Pro tip: If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and hold it alongside a ruler.

Bust: Relax arms down at the sides, measure around the fullest part of bust/chest, keeping tape parallel to floor (do not include arms).

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, which is the smallest area of the waist, keeping tape parallel to floor .

Hips: Stand with feet together. Keeping tape straight and parallel to the floor, measure around fullest part of the bottom.
